Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is HR BUSINESS TEAM SRL, CUI 54859441, with its registered office at Str. Paloda nr. 29, bl. ND, sc. A, et. 1, ap. 35, Bârlad, jud. Vaslui. You can write to us at any time at office@portalfirme.ro.

What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the forms: the contact person’s name, position, phone number and email, the company details (name, Tax ID (CUI), town, field of activity) and any details you choose to add. For security, we also keep the IP address the form was sent from.

Why we use it

• to contact you about the service request you sent;
• to review your partner application and reply to you;
• to protect the forms against abuse.

The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a possible contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent out your data. If you request a service delivered through one of our partners (for example accounting or IT), we pass on to that partner only the details needed to contact you, and only after we have spoken with you.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your request or application and, if we start working together, for the duration of the collaboration and the periods required by law. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 2 years at most.

Your rights

You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
